Is it right to say: I have numbers of questions?

      The answer is no.
It’s not grammatically correct to put it this way. Instead, you should use one of the followings: I have …
      a number of questions
      a few questions
      few questions
      several questions
      a couple of questions
      a handful of questions
      And the like…
Please note that the verb for “a number of” is always plural, and the verb for “the number of” is always singular.
In English, ‘numbers’ can be used to indicate the number of people attending an event or activity.
