  1. What are some of the advantages of forgiveness?

  1. Forgiveness is essential for mental health and peace of mind.
  2. Sit relaxed and take some deep breaths.

    • Nearly every one has been hurt by action or word of others , and it is natural to think of revenge or resentment by holding grudges. In reality holding grudges is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person to get hurt by it. The anger,frustration and take away the youth and time thanks to an increase in the stress hormone cortisol. As it effects on your blood pressure, heart rate and most likely to die from heart disease.

    • To what extent will one be able to forgive? for example if someone kills his parents will they be forgiven I guess the answer is no.
