What I’ve learned from previous session about how to be a self-disciplined person:
1. Be to some extent strict, serious and determined
2. Break the big duty into smaller parts and do them one by one
3. Do the most difficult activity at first
4. Spent the first 15 minutes of every day in doing the most unpleasant Work
5. Know the value of time and practice to be punctual

In reply to fatemeh2. Bravo Fatemeh! The point is that Sasan refers to a specific group of people (those who do not care about...). Therefore, it's better to use the as an article before people to indicate that we know which group of people we are talking about.
