firstly, No for me because I haven`t been watching TV for long time ago. ?
secondly, as I say in my question (Can the programs you watch affect your behavior?) What`s your opinion?
finally, I think spending too much time in front of TV makes people dumb and it can hinder their ability for critical thinking.

I think it`s better to say that: “Do you agree that people can have a happy life without watching a television?” or (people can live a perfectly happy life …–> is wrong –> (people can live perfectly happy if they do not have a television)

(T.V –> TV) , (worth is adjective, where is verb in your question?!!), (effect in –> effect on)
It`s better to say that: “What kinds of TV programs are worth watching and have good effect on our life?”
