Education is the sign of improvement of every country. By education specially academic education, people can gain a specific skill and lots of knowledge to achieve the specialty required in their jobs. The widespread university graduates in a society can upgrade the scientific level of that society which can bring lots of facilities and welfare for people. To put it in nutshell, education and being skilled and adroit in jobs have mutual effects on each other so that there is no substitution for them.

It is probably true to say that most of the people believe that a university degree is the only way to get a good job. To begin with, many people have ambitions to become a qualified professional and there is no doubt that if you want to become a doctor or an engineer etc. you should be educated. Undoubtedly, a doctor can be useful for both individuals and society.

Nowadays, university education is a must for everyone. Some believe such education is beneficial just for job-hunting. However, other people maintain education is so useful not only for finding a job but also for individuals and society. I personally concur with the latter idea. On one hand, university education could broaden students’ horizons and their knowledge would be increased undoubtedly. In turn, they can get better jobs owing to their knowledge.

On the other hand, others believe finding a good job is not the only benefit of education. They suppose education could open lots of doors in peoples’ lives. To be more specific, people could fortify their skills which come in handy even in personal life. For instance, education could lead to better decision-making skills and this ability could help people in their lives considerably. I do believe in multifarious positive points of education.

To sum up, university education has a myriad of advantages from finding a satisfying job to personal skills which could help people in their lives.

Although many people value their local parks, this space could be better used for other purposes, such as residential areas for the ever-growing population or to develop business and boost economies. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this argument?

Nowadays, local parks are really valuable not only for humans but also for flora and fauna. So, some believe these areas could be used for building skyscrapers and factories, though others want to keep these regions intact, having enough space for taking rest and enjoyment. I personally agree with the latter perspective.

First of all, natural places could generate oxygen and the existence of greenery around a city affect its weather undoubtedly. To put it in another way, many cities around the world are coping with air pollution and these problems cannot be overcome unless some plants and trees are planted around the city. Moreover, there is a rat race competition in all over the world and people get stressed in their workplaces owing to the pressure of their tasks and as a result, they need to have a special place for relieving stress and having fun. Hence, there is a need for local parks in order to have a standard lifestyle.

Besides, there are other factors which shore up my vantage point. To specify, there should be some barriers for the construction of skyscrapers and factories in a city, if not, there would be a huge amount of facilities and opportunities only in some special cities.

To sum up, although some believe that local parks ought to be occupied by buildings and companies, there are more indispensable points for making decision about these areas.
