The International English Language Testing System or IELTS /ˈaɪ.ɛlts/, is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. It is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment, and was established in 1989. IELTS is one of the major English-language tests in the world, others being the TOEFL, TOEIC and OPI/OPIc.
IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training are designed to cover the full range of ability from non-user to expert user. The Academic version is for test takers who want to study at tertiary level in an English-speaking country or seek professional registration. The General Training version is for test takers who want to work, train, study at a secondary school or migrate to an English-speaking country.

In the recent era, it goes without saying that computer literacy is a sine qua non for becoming successful especially for the young and many points could back up this perspective.
First of all, having enough knowledge about computer and the Internet could help youngsters to communicate and exchange ideas with their colleagues and peers which would be a step up the career ladder. Moreover, mastering some programs such as Office Microsoft programs would assist people in following a regular schedule and have more discipline. Also, having professional information about computer and programs creates special job opportunities for the young and sometimes, people get promoted or find a job position in other countries. Besides, a person who can take advantage of computers and the Internet could receive hot news very soon and he/she can stay up-to-date. Last but not least, computer literate people have more productive lives because they can expedite the process of their assignments with the help of various software programs.
