Caffeine intake can boost your overall study experience significantly, but only when consumed in moderate doses.  The more coffee you drink, the less your body will respond to it in a positive way as you can build up resistance to it. If you keep increasing your coffee consumption you may start to experience negative side effects such as insomnia, digestive problems, and even addiction. It is also important to remember that caffeine affects people differently. While it can boost energy levels in one person, it can make another feel rather sluggish instead. Limit yourself to no more than 300mg of caffeine a day in order to keep enjoying the maximum benefits of your favorite warm brew.
