بیمار با تلفن با مطب پزشک تماس می گیرد.
The patient calls the doctor’s office by phone.
بیمار: سلام. وقت شما بخیر. مطب آقای دکتر افشار؟
Patient: Hi. Good time. Is that Dr. Afshar’s office?
منشی مطب: سلام. وقت شما هم بخیر. بله، بفرمایید.
Office Secretary: Hi. Good time, too. Yes please.
بیمار: می خواستم لطفا یه وقت از آقای دکتر بگیرم.
Patient: I’d like to make an appointment with Dr. Afshar, please.
منشی مطب: شما اینجا پرونده پزشکی دارید؟
Office secretary: Do you have a medical record here?
بیمار: بله، آقای دکتر افشار پزشک خانوادگی ما هستند.
Patient: Yes, Dr. Afshar is our family physician.
منشی مطب: پس آدرس مطب رو بلد هستید / می دونید.
Office secretary: So, you already know the office address.
منشی مطب: برای خودتون می خواید یا فرد دیگه ای قراره ویزیت بشه؟
Office secretary: Is the appointment for you or for somebody else?
بیمار: برای خودم هست. خودم می خوام ویزیت بشم.
Patient: It’s for me. I’d like to be visited by the doctor.
منشی مطب: مشکلتون چیه لطفا؟ چه مشکلی دارید؟
Office secretary: What’s wrong with you please?
