Some people think that children’s spare time must include educational activities otherwise they will waste their time. What is your opinion?
Although some parents believe that their children should attend to the educational activities in their free time, I personally prefer that my children’s free time must include more funny and interesting activities such as learning to play an instrument or even doing some physical exercise. I am inclined to believe that parents should pay more attention to the future of their children’s life.
From my point of view, if we anticipate our children to become successful persons in their life, there is a lot of things to experience. Otherwise, we cannot estimate our children’s abilities in a right way.
It is true that injecting some educational activities in children’s free time would be beneficial. However, i believe that children need to have a special time to be free of any instructions to get relieved and do whatever they want.
To begin with, I think it is not a constructive method to instruct the students in all moments of their lives because they need to be free of rules sometimes. In fact, if we put a pressure on the students to learn scientific points even in their free time, they develop an aversion to educational plans.
Nevertheless, I suppose some activities could increase the knowledge and skills of students but we do not have to name them educational plans. For instance, going to a zoo could be really didactic or mountain climbing fortifies students’ toleration.

Training and education are one of the most important aims of parents concerning their children. To this purpose, lots of learning objectives are inserted in their free times. However, from psychological point of view, children specially those who are before the age of puberty should do those activities and entertainments which are suitable and parallel to their ages. They should play games and act and behave according to their childish needs in order to grow up rightfully. Since children at such ages are not equipped with the ability of abstract thinking and reasoning, putting them in situations which require such activities would make them be frustrated and anxious.
