Although much information is now available about the harmful effects of fast food, particularly due to the existence of artificial preservatives, there are still many people who eat fast food excessively. What solutions do you propose to bring the level of fast food consumption to a normal level?

Who can deny the damage of eating fast food. Fast food refers to food that can be prepared and served quickly. It can come from many places such as sit-down restaurant, tack- out, driver-thru and delivery. Fast food is popular because the food is inexpensive, convenient and taste good. Many factors lie in the foundations of this subject. However it all comes down 2 basic reasons which are they contain unhealthy oil as well as they will make you gain weight, fat.

First of all, one of the primary reasons underlying this issue is that many processed foods or fast foods contain partially hydrogenated oils which are the major dietary source of trans fat. This synthetic, chemically produced oil increases your risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes. for example Butylated hydrooxyanisole (BHA) and diacetyl that there are in some fast foods to cause cancer.

In addition, another essential element to be considered is that they will make you gain weight fast. Because fast food is high fat meal, refined grains and added sugar and fats instead of nutritious ingredients such as lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables. fast food is also high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol it is not something you should eat often and  you could cause obesity or fat. To illustrate this point people who live in America that are one of the most consumers of fast foods are very fat and mostly of them have different kind of diseases.

To sum up, the outcome to be derived from all these facts is that fast foods are inexpensive, preparing fast or easy and very delicious but are very harmful and unhealthy. In my opinion, eating less is good but it should not replace main food or we should not consume every day.
