I’ve watched Forrest Gump several times and I can still watch it several times more and it would feel like the first time. I really liked Forrest’s personality and character. It is not what you see often. He was not certainly smart but somehow he could overcome anything. It is a drama-comedy movie and I found some parts of it very funny.
The movie consists of many beautiful quotes but the one that I don’t forget is when Lieutenant Dan is sitting on the edge/deck of the ship and says to Forrest: I never thanked you for saving my life.
The movie also won several academy awards which I think was well deserved.
