  6. 4. Why is it necessary for you to forgive yourself?

  7. 3. What would happen if you continue holding grudges against people?

    • Nearly every one has been hurt by action or word of others , and it is natural to think of revenge or resentment by holding grudges. In reality holding grudges is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person to get hurt by it. The anger,frustration and take away the youth and time thanks to an increase in the stress hormone cortisol. As it effects on your blood pressure, heart rate and most likely to die from heart disease.

      • Nice simile! I enjoyed it so much 🙂
        Every one ==> everyone
        effect ==> affect

  8. 2. Which one should come first: forgiving yourself or forgiving others?

    • Both should come eventually , at first your self and then others.

      • Yourself is one single word (no space required)

  9. 1. Do you think we should forgive others all the time? Please explain more.

    • To what extent will one be able to forgive? for example if someone kills his parents will they be forgiven I guess the answer is no.

      • ‘For’ in for example should be capitalized because a new sentence starts.

      • Dear Noor, it’s so good to reply to my questions. I admire you.
        But please create your own questions, too. Your question should be numbered “4” as we have 3 basic questions so far.

      • You are just replying to my questions. I want you to make independent questions of your own.
