Indeed! Thanks for this useful article. I enjoyed it. however, I am a bit inactive in doing excercises, I should make this atomic habbit of doing excercises on a daily basis under any circumstances, though.
You’re so welcome. I’m glad you liked it. To stay healthy and happy, it’s essential to exercise regularly, especially through aerobic activities like cycling, running, or even walking. Most days, I spend at least an hour exercising, and the good news is that it can become automatic and habitual with consistent practice. To be honest, many novel ideas about LELB Society have come to me while cycling or going out for a walk.

And about your acute observation regarding notifications, I should inform you that we’ve disabled notifications for comments for 2 reasons:
1. Respecting the privacy of our students, especially young learners,
2. Running a fast and lightweight educational website with minimal code required to serve hundreds of users.
As a result, the only way is to check “New Comments” available on both main menu (under Services) and the footer area.
