My answer would be:

first remove ego from anything and everything, but live with dignity
go for basics in everything, like eating, wearing, in a way stop being under the influence of five senses from your daily activities.
turn spiritual, love and respect everyone and everything
cut down on everything that’s not essential for basic life.
turn inward, try to understand self (the hardest thing)
stop reacting to anything, just act. Control Mind via meditation
become healthy
of course, use technology but not compulsively. Be its master to make your life meaningful, not be its slave.
