Letter closing in business letters is really important because letter closing terms, especially in writing will create a on your addressee.

The type of term you use to close your business letter should depend on your affiliation or relationship with the person you are writing the letter to, and the content of your letter.

Letter Closing Layout

  1. You should capitalize the first word of your closing term, and for the rest of the words, use .
