Sometimes, I believe it’s almost impossible to get to know your friends thoroughly. However, we can use this famous proverb in English that reads “desperate times call for desperate measures”.
About the second question, I totally agree with you on this point that forgiveness brings more peace of mind and tranquility.
Considering the last question, I should say that when you fire one of your employees, it implies that you’ve not forgiven them. Conversely, this is a very severe type of punishment which of course must serve them right.

As you mentioned stress and insomnia and having nightmares are closely intertwined. To avoid nightmares, some people superficially take sleeping pills, which I believe, could exacerbate the situation.
Practicing meditation before going to bed is a reliable technique to calm you down and deepen your sleep.However, I think you can never turn off your thoughts completely. You can filter out negativity, though.

در پاسخ به سوال شما، باید بگم که تفاوت بین شد و می شود در زمان فعل آنها است.
مصدر این فعل، شدن است، و در جمله “هوا بارانی شد”، زمان فعل، گذشته ساده است. ولی در جمله “هوا بارانی می شود”، زمان فعل حال ساده است.
