Psycho is one of the most mysterious and thrilling movies I’ve ever watched. The film which is based on a novel is psychologically grounded on some issues, such as dissociative identity disorder, Oedipus Complex in Freudian Psychology, and others.
The first time I watched Psycho, I thought Marion was the main character or protagonist. Then to my astonishment, she was murdered by the motel owner. Afterwards, I thought the private investigator could solve the puzzle. Then again, I was taken by surprise when he, too, got killed by Norman Bates, the motel owner.
What’s more, I had no idea Marion’s sister would be the one who could unravel the mystery, which indeed was the climax of the story and concealed to me till the last moment.
To truly understand the sophisticated plot of the story, you need to watch it at least three times as recommended by renowned films critics. Yet, when well-understood, you could realize how dangerous and life-threatening a psychopath can be to other people.
Dog Day Afternoon is not just a film for entertainment. To me, it is more a documentary than a film because this masterpiece depicts what exactly happened three years earlier. I pondered over the title of the movie and found out that there must be a link between the dog at the outset of the movie and the chain of events in the story, especially when the inexperienced robbers who were acting like a bunch of bulls in a china shop did not make a good start, and then persisted in continuing and fulfilling the robbery ominously anyhow.
This lack of attention to one’s sense of grim foreboding or early sings of misfortune reminded me of the film, The Shining, in which the characters, except for the little child, disregarded the early signs of bad luck.
The film is a mixture of tragedy and comedy which was brilliantly orchestrated by Sidney Lumet and so many actors, particularly Al Pacino. It was extremely comic and hilarious from this perspective that the characters had a strong desire for publicity and adventure. This strong desire made some bank clerks stay in the bank voluntarily and the people on the street applaud the bank robbers.
The ending of the film was so fascinating, grim and professional. I had to watch the scene in which the robbers were shot dead and arrested for over 10 times as it was absolutely perfect. All the actors were doing their jobs so perfectly and harmoniously.
This quote from Dr. Seuss is both meaningful and poetic as you can see “shoes” and “choose” rhyme elegantly. It reminds us that we can determine the course of our lives and be the captain of our own ships.
In addition, this nice quote puts emphasis on integrity and holism in any individual, in which the brain (the captain, conductor or driver), the feet (the wheels or sails), and the steer (the heart or compass) should coordinate with each other for the whole person to move forward coherently.

یکی از دلایل این پیشرفت تحصیلی، نظارت خود شما قبل و بعد از هر کلاس آنلاین فارسی بود که جای قدردانی و تشکر دارد. از سوی دیگر، پسران شما با کنجکاوی و دقت بالا، پیش از هر کلاس فارسی، همه درسهای مشخص شده را می خواندند و ویدیوهای داخل درسها را می دیدند. همچنین، درباره هر درس فارسی به ویژه داستانها و قصه های فارسی، کامنت می گذاشتند. به همین دلیل هم توانستند در مدت حدودا 3 ماه، خواندن و نوشتن فارسی را به خوبی بیاموزند.

The term, is not until, is used to place some emphasis on the time of an action or event. So, the sentence “The deadline of the homework is not until next week” is intended to state that something does not happen before a certain point in time (i.e., next week) or before something else has happened. In this case, the deadline of the homework does not happen before next week.
The phrase “is not until” is considered positive because it means that there is still enough time or, in fact, plenty of time to complete the homework and carry it out. In other words, you don’t need to be so concerned about the deadline.
Unlike The Green Mile which I didn’t like very much, I found Green Book interesting and educational. This comparison is made because I’m a passionate advocate of movies based on true stories. Green Book depicted that shockingly even in the Unites States, racism was being practiced in the 1960s. At the time of watching the film, I noticed how greatly Martin Luther King Jr. has influenced the American culture.
In addition, Green Book portrayed the clash of opinions between two distinct social classes or castes and how these two people accepted to be positively affected by each other. As a result of this, it was difficult for me to distinguish between the main character or protagonist and the supporting actor.
In continuation of this quote from Tony Robbins, I should add that we are not meant to begin or take any random journey. Life is too short and it should be well-lived. We’re living in an era of specialism as a opposed to generalism. In other words, we cannot be a jack of all trades and master of none. By that, I mean we need to mindfully select the best and most appropriate journey or even create it and start from scratch.
On the other hand, if a vital journey appears so daunting or formidable, it should be dealt with step by step with this mindset that the first step is actually the most difficult one.
